BSW wanted to expand its ability to serve an established customer base by publishing its entire catalog of broadcast equipment, and by integrating with an existing inventory and accounting platform to provide complete customer account information and the ability to purchase or request quotes on-line.

Originally, all sections the site were designed to be password-protected, to meet the client's concerns regarding security in a competitive business-to-business market. The current site is not password-protected and does not include customer account information or the quote request function.
