EthicsPoint relaunched its enterprise-level SAAS application with a new look, enhanced features, and an improved overall experience. I gathered user and business requirements, condensing them into concise and thorough requirements documents. I specified how the user would interact with the application. I conducted user testing of new and enhanced featured with paper prototypes to refine features and validate the interface.
As lead of the User Experience team I ensured that programmers adhered to our established design guidelines, and that the graphic design elements were applied consistently across the product.
